LUXURY VILLA, BARCO DE LA LUZ, TIAS LANZAROTE

Barco de la Luz is a one off villa, a really beautiful home designed by an architect for himself. The house is ultra modern and elegant, where guests can enjoy of a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.

The main living area flow around a central feature of palm trees and volcanic rock which opens to the sky and which at night can be lit to provide a natural focal point with the palm leaves moving gently in the night air. Barco de la Luz has 2 lovely bedrooms on the top floor with two bathrooms (one with bath tub). On the ground floor it is founded a modern kitchen fully equipped (oven, electrical stoves, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier), dining area and living room with cd player

As well as the lovely private garden , patio and swimming pool area there is also a very beautiful upper floor balcony designed to maximise the lovely sea views and sun bathing in the wooden sun beds.

The house is located in the small town of Tías just a few minutes from Puerto del Carmen and from the airport. Tías is 12 Km from the capital of Arrecife, it is a very lively town with a variety of shops and supermarkets as well as grill restaurants and cafes. The main celebration of the town of Tias is “La Candelaria”, on the 2nd of February with a variety of activities.
